I have received a new Aquas Electric Shower and the diverter is faulty. The Diverter wouldn't allow me to switch water coming out of different shower heads.

I bought this item 13/06/2022 and wasnt installed untill 10.00 am 21/07/2022.

I spoke to Heidi Morris who was amazing and very understanding, After sending a quick video of the fault we are close to a resolution, I am now waiting on either parts or a new unit to recify this issue

Unfortunately upon delivery one of our items was damaged so we didn't accept it from the courier. Within minutes of this happening I received an email from Neve Duran who was extremely helpful in sorting out a replacement and a delivery date which suited us. He was very fast at replying to all my emails and made the best of a potentially bad situation. Well done to Victorian Plumbing and Neve for their fast actions.

I spoke to Mellisa with reference to the Product Code NBBS3 for the NUIE 1400 Curved Shower Screen being different than the one that was Ordered which was NBBS1. She promptly came back to me to assure me the product is the same that I ordered and that the Code was specific to Victoria Plumbing's Warehouse/Supplier Code. It is reassuring as I did not expect the product with different Dimensions. I think it will be useful for the customers of VP not to be condufused with two different Product Code and also mention the Actual Make of the Product (in my case NUIE) than just stating 1400 Curved Shower Bath Screen.
